OIL FREE ROTARY SCREW COMPRESSORS
Developed and manufactured in the USA, this exciting new range of oil free rotary screw compressors machines offer outstanding performance for applications that must have class zero air. Industries such as food, electronics, pharmaceuticals, petrochemical, automotive, aerospace, packaging etc. can now utilise these high performance, high efficiency compressors to meet stringent manufacturing and handling demands.
Other products released included a new range of oil free centrifugal compressors ranging from 40 to 800m³/min (110kW to 5000kW) and with pressures up to 20 bar.g. Machines are offered with worldwide certification which makes them suitable for use in virtually every country including Australia. These compressors are ideal for process applications including gas separation, petrochemical, and applications where high-volume air is required.
HIGH PRESSURE, OIL FREE, WATER-COOLED RECIPROCATING COMPRESSORS
Kaishan has also released a new range of high pressure, oil free, water-cooled reciprocating compressors specifically for PET plastic applications. The range is based on the proven LMF V-type design with models ranging from 5m³/min to 53.3m³/min and with pressures up to 40bar.g.

Rotary screw gas compressors operate by drawing gas into the compression chamber, where screws compress the gas and force it out through discharge ports. These compressors are designed for applications that demand high volumes of gas that must be compressed constantly, operating at 100% capacity for maximum efficiency and reliability.

CENTRIFUGAL AIR COMPRESSORS
Automotive manufacturing, oil and gas and other process-driven industries are typical applications that have a constant demand for high volumes of compressed air. Centrifugal air compressors produce a highly pressurized discharge of air by means of a rotating impeller, which imparts velocity to the air.
